Have you been scammed by an Online Tech company claiming you have a Virus?

iYogi, one of the largest online tech support companies which services over 3 million customers is being sued by the State of Washington, claiming that iYogi scams its customers into purchasing computer services and software they do not need. Bob Ferguson the Attorney General for the State of Washington is the person who filed the lawsuit. The company is based in India, but has recently opened its first US support center in Lewiston, Maine. The suit has also named its president Vishal Dhar of New York.
