Had a great experiance with Like New PCs! I do a lot of work on my rig myself, but when my liquid cooling system broke I wanted someone with more experiance to take a look. I wasn’t sure that this would be something they could do, but after talking with them I could instantly tell they had very indepth knowledge and would be perfect to fix my system. They took my PC in at 11am and I got it the SAME day (EOD) Everything was installed properly, they removed the old system cleanly, and they went out of there way to make that I had the best customer service possible. This was a great experiance and I would recommend them to any friend.

This place really does it right. I’ve worked in IT, so I have a pretty good idea of what great service entails when it comes to PC repair. I ordered a new Toshiba Satellite laptop off of Amazon. I received my new PC only to find that it could not connect to the internet. I don’t have the time, or patience to work on PC’s like I did in the past. This is sometimes a hard one to admit/deal with, for me. Now, I find that I’ve got to entrust someone else with the task of repairing my PC. Well, I found that place with Like New PCs. These guys took my new laptop and kept me from having to RMA it back to Amazon. JJ found out that my wireless card and NIC had been improperly seated… so, he reseated them and added/updated their drivers. Needless to say, I was up and running again in no time. He also only charged me a diagnostic fee! This place is a local business… so give your support. I highly recommend this place.

This shop has been my go-to for parts for several projects I have taken on in the IT game. The customer service has always been phenomenal. These guys also have an excellent selection of refurbished machines, OSX and PC and the prices are very reasonable. Go see these guys before you head online or visit the big box.
